This fully furnished farm stay consisting of a spacious Hall,Air conditioned Bedroom Kitchen together with the open courtyard and enclosed Horticultural Garden Is reasonably priced at Rs 3000/- per day for a family of five persons.Tariff for single room is Rs 1000/- per day.
Guests can avail of two nights three days package at Rs 6500/- per adult. The package includes Farmhouse Stay, transport and Food. Bus/ Train / Air tickets are not included .

The tour Itinerary is as under :
Day One : Check into our Farmhouse.( Pickup and drop will be arranged) Local sightseeing for the full day.
Day two : First half Amboli waterfalls. Second half Shiroda sea beach.
Day three : Whirlwind tour of Goa.
Two wheeler is provided as the farm house is 2 km away from the main centre.

The checkout time is 11 am.

For those of you who prefer cooking in the usual way using a gas stove,we have a full fledged kitchen together with a cook at your disposal.

You have the option of drinking Mineral water or water directly drawn from the open well.You can walk endlessly thru the villages breathing pure unpolluted air as you trek on.

Every guest is alloted a hall,bedroom and kitchen with an attached western toilet.Hot and cold water is available round the clock.

The rooms in the farmhouse are spacious with very high ceilings.

The Hall opens out into the courtyard.You could have monkeys staring at as you sit under the shade of the trees there.The kitchen in the rear end of the farmhouse opens up into the Farm.You can take a stroll in the farm and even pluck a fruit,be it a chikoo,Guava,Cashew or Mango depending on the season.

Keeping in mind the rural ethos and the fact that this farm house is situated one and half kms from the main Road,two wheeler vehicles are placed at your disposal so you do not face any hindrance in exploring the town and the nearby sites.

Four wheelers have been avoided as this farm house is situated in a rural area where roads are narrow and good enough only for single vehicles to pass through.

Our Farmhouse has been fitted with all the amenities and conveniences required for a comfortable stay.

It is designed for you to experience the comforts of the late sixties and seventies.The facilities provided are a blend of the old with the new.

If you are looking for the opulence of a high end luxury hotel,then this Farmhouse is not the place for you.

The retirement rooms in the farm house are designed for those retirees who are mobile, and who wish to lead life on their own terms .

The retirees have an option of choosing either an Air conditioned or non air conditioned room on single or twin sharing basis.

A bed in a non Airconditioned room is priced at Rs 20k per month ( All costs expect medicines and doctors fees included..

A bed in non air conditioned room is priced at Rs 15k.(All cost except Medicines and Doctor cost Included)

The farm house is based on the ground level,hence there is no necessity to climb any stairs to reach your room.

The retirement rooms are manned by a trained nurse 24*7.

Basic body parameters of the retiree occupants will be monitored regularly.Medical records in respect of each retiree will be maintained.We have tied up with physicians and physiotherapists for regular visits.

Diet, Exercise and recreation programmes will be designed for each retiree.

We encourage our retiree's close relatives to spend weekends and quality time with the retiree occupants .

Provision for accommodating the Inmate guests in the farmhouse is provided.

Our Farmhouse has tied up with the local nursing homes for inhouse admission of the retirees in case of medical emergency.

Our Farmhouse is under CCTV surveillance 24*7.

We are in close proximity to the local police station.

Our Endeavour is to ensure that our retiree guests do not miss their original homes.

We encourage the retirees to stay with us on a no cost trial basis for a period of seven days.At the end of the trial period you can exercise your choice of continuing your stay.
